About LindySpa Massage and Skincare

“Massage is and will always be a huge part of my identity. “

Massage has always been a part of my identity. As a little girl, I loved giving massages to my family. I remember my dad being surprised at how strong my hands were, probably from playing piano and giving my sister back rubs until she fell asleep. I would visualize fantastical worlds on her back to help her relax.

My passion for skincare came later, in middle school. I loved creating lotions and potions for my friends and me. It wasn’t until I became an adult that I realized how much I loved both massage and skincare.

After high school, I pursued my passion and went to cosmetology school. It felt like a natural fit. I loved cutting hair, doing facials, and getting into cosmetic chemistry. Even my teachers would choose me as their partner for practice sessions because they enjoyed my massages so much.

Over the years, I’ve worked at various spas, learning different techniques and styles. These experiences helped shape my vision for my own practice. With the support of my family, I became a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2011 and a Certified Massage Therapist in 2013. I started LindySpa to offer a unique, personalized spa experience.

Running LindySpa is a dream come true. I understand that allowing someone to treat your body and skin requires trust and vulnerability. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can relax and rejuvenate.

During the challenging times of COVID, I realized how fortunate I am to have a profession that I love and that makes a difference in people’s lives. Massage and skincare are not just my job—they’re a natural part of who I am.
